I’m a strategist who loves design.

I love to nerd out on design and strategy and more importantly, I love using what I’ve learned from the design world to create the conditions necessary for change to occur and for choices to be made. I typically do this to improve the strategies for customer experiences and brands.

I’m a former basketball coach and ex-drummer so when I’m not thinking about design or strategy I’m probably checking out the latest basketball action and thinking my music taste is better than yours. I also love spending time with my family and nieces and pretending I know what I am talking about when it comes to fantasy football with my brother.

What am I doing now?

I am currently a senior strategist working with the brand strategy team at Scorpion, a marketing technology company that provides products and services to businesses looking to grow. I’m on a mission to help our clients and our internal teams use research and insights to design strategies.

What did I do?

I worked at Toi, a design and innovation agency. While I was there I ran design sprints and created strategy work for brands and businesses including Verizon, Sennheiser, WeWork, and Glide. Before Toi, I worked at ActiveColor, a design studio specializing in creating digital solutions for healthcare organizations as a designer and eventually a strategist. I also spent some time as the design director for Intersect GMD a design lab that is part of the design program at College of the Canyons.
