I’m Zach, a design strategist + service designer. I focus on the human side of design by exploring ways services and brands can create better connections between people and the planet.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve collaborated with designers, researchers, and technologists, specializing in workshop facilitation, design sprints, design research, and other design thinking methods.
I’ve had the privilege of working with several design agencies and teams where I focused on implementing and refining design processes and creating design solutions for businesses and startups across the non-profit, healthcare, franchise, and enterprise sectors.
