Designing & branding a new subscription service.
Background Information:
Sennheiser is a leader in the audio manufacturing space creating high end and well designed audio equipment for professional musicians and audio producers. The innovation team at Sennheiser wanted to test an idea for a new subscription service and they needed to partner with an agency to bring the service to life. Sennheiser reached out to my team to not just design the service from scratch but to also name and brand the service.
My Role:
Strategist, Facilitator, Design Support
I worked closely with the Sennheiser stakeholder team to define the brand and the name for the service. I also collaborated with my teammates at Toi and with Sennheiser in mapping out the digtal and in store experiences. I also worked with the design team in developing initial brand and visual design concepts for the service.

The mission:
Sennheiser had a big idea and only an abstract concept of how that idea could be executed, they needed to bring this idea to life through branding and through a live service experience. Our mission was to partner with Sennheiser to bring this idea to life by mapping out the service and testing it within multiple touchpoints.
Impact:
Sennheiser implemented the service for almost 2 years before sunsetting the program in 2021.
